I haven't used any other piano technician since Byron first started tuning my piano a year ago. He's friendly, professional, cares about the quality of work he does and it really shows in the results. I've had him tune, voice, and regulate the action on my piano. 

I use my piano to record professionally in a home studio, and I expect the smallest nuances of sound, feel, and expression to be just right and to my personal taste (some of these things are subjective). It's true I can be a difficult guy to please when it comes to getting my piano the way I like it. Byron seems to enjoy the challenge, and he's got the skills to live up to it. I've hired much more expensive tuners who haven't done half the job he does. I wouldn't trust my piano to anyone else at this point, and I can't recommend him enough.

Professional and quick. My grand, player piano had gone through daily use and seven years without a professional tuning and it was clearly time. Byron arrived on time and after about 90 minutes and a pitch adjustment, the instrument sounds better than ever. 

Had Byron tune my Spinet Piano which had not been tuned in 25+ years. He was very easy to schedule with and he arrived on time. He was able to get my piano sounding good again in about 2 hours. He was also able to fix a few loose keys. His rates are very reasonable and he is very professional.
